Born on the ashes of the II World War, the Mediterranean Games have the characteristic that they involve three continents (Europe-Africa-Asia) and as importance, for the sporting level of the participating countries, they come immediately after the Olympics and the Universiades. In this collection is told the story of the eighteen editions of the Games, presenting not only philatelic material that has been issued since its first edition in Alexandria, Egypt, but also the memorabilia, autographs, medals, badges, photographs, stickers, etc.. related to the important sporting event.
