WOCF 2026 will be held at The Antlers Hotel in downtown Colorado Springs. The Antlers is both the show venue and the recommended show hotel, making it easy to attend events, visit the bourse, and enjoy Colorado Springs on foot.

The Antlers Hotel (Show Hotel)
A stay at The Antlers, A Wyndham Hotel places you in the heart of Colorado Springs. Friday’s private tour of the Olympic archives at the US Olympic & Paralympic Committee headquarters, is an easy 5-minute walk. The US Olympic & Paralympic Museum, site of the Gala Dinner and Museum Tour on Saturday evening, is 11 minutes away on foot.
The Antlers is within walking distance of restaurants, coffee shops, and services, and allows for easy access to other sites in the Colorado Springs area. A 10-minute drive places you at the Red Rock Canyon Open Space and Broadmoor World Arena. Or you might try a visit to the nearby Garden of the Gods (4.7 mi or 7.6 km).

The Antlers Hotel
The Antlers Hotel boasts 273 rooms, including 22 suites, with magnificent views of “America’s Mountain,” Pikes Peak, which is nestled in the front range of The Rocky Mountains.
Guest Rooms include a 37″ flat screen television with HBO, mini refrigerator, safe, iron and ironing board, and Kuerig Coffee and tea maker.
Dining options include the Sportivo Primo bar and restaurant, Antlers Grille restaurant, and The Piccadilly Bar. A full-service Starbucks is also located in the hotel.
Hotel amenities include a Fitness Center, Hot Tub and Outdoor Pool. The hotel provides free wi-fi in guest rooms and public spaces. WOCF attendees will receive a special self-parking rate of $14/day. Day visitors may park for free while attending the Fair.
Hotel Booking
A special hotel rate for the WOCF is $139/night (plus taxes and fees). The rate is good for either single or double occupancy, and is available for the fair dates, plus two nights before or after the WOCF (May 19-26). Note that when you click the button below, the hotel reservation form shows the rate with “some fees included.”
WOCF Venue Spaces (On-site at The Antlers)
WOCF activities will take place inside The Antlers ballroom. All tables, displays and exhibits will be contained in one room with security provided. Please consult the program for preliminary information on events. Registration is now open for reserving your tables and events.
